Delivery

We understand that the world is a big place. As cut and dry as some locations might be to some, they are completely different to others. As a travel centric company we understand that there are plenty of less well defined places in the world and this section aims to let you know exactly what countries fall into each of our shipping groups.

The UK

This includes England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, and any isles or regions that fall under one of these four countries.

British overseas territories and crown dependencies are not currently included, but we will expand this as soon as we have suitable delivery agreements in place.

Germany

Mainland Germany and any other regions or islands that form part of Germany.

Despite also being part of the EU, Germany has separate pricing to the rest of the EU countries in relation to delivery. This is due to production, agreements with our couriers and being able to consistently and accurately ensure we are carbon neutral.

EU Countries

All countries that are part of the European Union (EU), except Germany. These countries are as follows:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

As stated in the previous section for Germany, despite Germany being part of the EU, Germany has different pricing for delivery due to production, agreements with our couriers and ensuring that we can consistently and accurately ensure we are carbon neutral.

United States of America

This encompasses the entirety of the United States, and includes all 50 States and the District of Columbia.
